Houses Into Homes
Saturday, September 21st
9-1pm
  • "Houses Into Homes" is a  community organization that provides free furniture and household items to those exiting homelessness, domestic violence, or other crisis situations. We will be helping load the moving truck and delivering items to clients’ homes. A group of us volunteered there this summer and had a great experience!
  • It is from 9-1 pm but last time it only took until about noon. If you can only come for part of the time that is totally fine too. You don’t need to be a heavy lifter to help since many items are very light! The sign-up link is above. If you are a first-time volunteer, fill out the application/waiver and send a copy of your car insurance card since you will be driving to recipient homes delivering on behalf of Houses into Homes. This can be emailed to [email protected]. 
We ask that you register each year to provide us with your current contact info, as well as be eligible for scholarships.
